Auction: Game Boy Advance SP signed by Shigeru Miyamoto
I have just dropped an auction for an autographed Game Boy Advance SP: Famicom Edition that I had signed by Shigeru Miyamoto. It’s in great condition, and it’s not like you can play for GBA favorites on your 3DS, right?
This auction is for a Game Boy Advance SP: Famicom Edition autographed by Nintendo mastermind Shigeru Miyamoto. This Game Boy Advance SP is from my personal collection, and I had this autographed during E3 2006.
The unit itself is in perfect condition, and while I played with it a few times prior to having it signed, it’s in working order. Note: this is a Japanese GBA SP. However it is region free and will play US/EUR/AUS titles just fine. This Game Boy Advance comes as is, without box or charger.
Not only is this your chance to get your hands on a hard to find Game Boy Advance SP unit, but one that’s been signed by Shigeru Miyamoto!
This auction closes April 19th at 12:18:16 PDT. All proceeds of this auction benefit the Japan Earthquake and Tsunami Relief Fund – a GlobalGiving Project.
Auction: Child of Eden LED T-Shirt and Glasses
Kimi Matsuzaki posted an auction for an extremely limited edition Child of Eden T-shirt plus some funky blinky glasses, and the lucky auction winner will get a note personalized from “Miz” himself!
You are bidding on a rare Child of Eden LED t-shirt (only 100 were given out at PAX East!) and Child of Eden blinkie glasses. The shirt size is Small, so this is perfect for a small male or female, or collector. The icing on the cake is that the winner of this auction will receive a personalized note from Tetsuya Mizuguchi, president of Q Entertainment, and creator of Child of Eden, Rez, Lumines, and Every Extend Extra!
Once the auction closes I will forward your information to Mizuguchi-san, who will then write a note to the auction winner.
This auction closes April 18th, 13:49:38 PDT. All proceeds from this auction benefit the Japan Earthquake and Tsunami Relief Fun – a GlobalGiving Project, on behalf of Red Storm Entertainment.
Auction: Winning Eleven 9 Insert Signed By John Terry
Avowed footy addict Sterling McGarvey has posted an auction for an insert from Winning Eleven 9 signed by John Terry.
No, this is not a joke. And no, it won’t be signed “To Wayne, Sorry.” This is the real deal. You are bidding on a game insert for the North American version of Winning Eleven 9 (known as Pro Evolution Soccer 5 in Europe), signed by Chelsea FC captain and recently reinstated England captain John Terry.
If you are a soccer gaming fan, I probably don’t need to tell you that this is arguably among the finest iterations of Konami’s game to ever come out. Some would argue that it was the peak of the series. This is your chance to own a piece of sports gaming history.
You’ve got until April 8 at 10:55:11 PDT to secure this for your collection. All proceeds benefit Global Giving. And yes, he’ll send it to England.
Auction: Space Invaders Extreme Framed Print Signed By Nishikado
Sterling McGarvey has posted an auction for an autographed Space Invaders Extreme print with frame.

There are only 180 in existence. This is print number 63/180. It is signed in silver ink by the series creator Tomohiro Nishikado. There is also a certificate of authenticity on the back of the frame.
The auction ends on Apr 06 at 22:52:54 PDT. All proceeds will benefit Global Giving.
Auction: Halo: Reach Hair Clippers
No, you read that listing correctly. PFJ co-committee member Sterling McGarvey has auctioned a set of Halo: Reach-branded hair clippers.
You are bidding on a set of Halo: Reach-branded hair clippers. These were sent to me as a promotional tool in spring 2010 to promote the Halo: Reach beta. While I kept the copy of Halo: ODST that accompanied the promotional set, I have no need for the clippers and thought they’d make a cool keepsake, especially since the case was labeled with my name. But now, I feel that they’re better suited in the home of a bigger Halo fan, and I’m happy to sell these to one of them for this urgent cause.
This auction ends on April 6 at 22:25:56 PDT, with all proceeds benefitting Global Giving.
Auction: Starcraft II Signed By Blizzard
Dustin Clingman has kindly posted an auction for a copy of Starcraft II signed the Blizzard team, complete with monocle and mustache.
You are bidding on a signed copy of Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty. The game is sealed. The autographs are on the front inside fold as well as the interior folds. The game was a gift from a Blizzard employee and is from my personal collection.
Please promote this auction and give generously to help the people of Japan.
The auction ends on April 5 at 09:45:32 PDT with all sales proceeds going to Global Giving.
Auction: E3 2005 Limited Edition Xbox 360 Faceplate
Sterling McGarvey (wait, that’s who’s posting this) has posted an auction for a limited edition Xbox 360 console faceplate from E3 2005. Only 5000 were produced for people attending.
You are bidding on an extremely limited edition Xbox 360 console faceplate from Microsoft’s pre-E3 press conference at the Shrine Auditorium on May 16, 2005. This was the first time outside of Microsoft’s MTV special that the console was unveiled to most of the gaming media. Only 5000 of these were distributed to gaming media and industry. This is number 2564/5000.
Though the faceplate has never been used, the clear plastic case has some wear and tear from being moved around over nearly six years, and when I relocated from the East Coast to California for work, a curious family member decided to open the case and have a look inside, which I discovered a few months later. As a result, again, there is some minor wear around the case, but the faceplate itself is very much intact and the case still has etchings with the date and faceplate number on the back of the case. I’m willing to update with photos of the back of the case upon request.
Want a piece of history, both for gaming and for Mr. McGarvey’s career milestones (this writing in third-person is creepy)? The auction closes on April 4 at 21:54:10 PDT. All proceeds from the sale benefit Global Giving.
Auction: 30 Raving Rabbids Figurines
On the heels of three successful auctions, Kimi Matsuzaki has posted a new one that’s enough to make you wanna “BWWAAAAAAAAAAH:” a set of 30 Raving Rabbids figurines, exclusive to the Iberian Peninsula.
You are bidding on a lot of 30 Raving Rabbids figurines. These Rabbids are very rare, as they were only sold in parts of Europe like Spain and Portugal. Since it was difficult to get a picture of all 30 Rabbids, please view this video for details on all Rabbids in the lot: Raving Rabbids Invade Sports video!
Get your bid in before you’re left dumbfounded and screaming; you’ve got until April 2 at 15:11:58 PDT. And rest assured, this pile of tomfoolery is going to a great cause; 100% of the sale price will be donated to Global Giving.

Auction: Cowboy Bebop 1st Session Signed By Toshihiro Kawamoto
Why is there a Cowboy Bebop item amidst a bunch of gamer stuff? Because Cowboy Bebop is awesome, and we said so. Alex Fraioli seems to agree, and that’s why he’s posted an auction for a signed copy of Cowboy Bebop 1st Session on DVD.
This is a copy of the first Cowboy Bebop DVD (“1st Session”) containing the first five episodes, signed by character designer and animation director Toshihiro Kawamoto. Kawamoto’s animation career spans over 25 years, including titles such as Gundam, Escaflowne, Wolf’s Rain, and Fullmetal Alchemist. This piece shows some typical wear for being moved several times in the past decade, but the general condition is good.
Don’t let this auction say “See Ya, Space Cowboy.” Get in on it before March 31 at 20:11:27 PDT. All proceeds will go to Global Giving.
